The forecast here in Vancouver calls for snow this week, and it's truly beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

A cold snap in Connecticut has finally left the snow glistening with frost and rosy cheeks so we too are finally getting into the holiday spirit. Although, this year, I really hope we don't get the kind of storm that hit us on Boxing Day last year! Happy decorating, Cynthia

I wish we had snow here - it's looking like it's going to be a green & brown & grey Christmas :-( Not that I'm a fan of snow, but today it's +9 and raining, which doesn't make me feel Christmassy at all. Obviously Mother Nature has to Christmas spirit!

Our decorating is finished, we baked and made appies today for a gathering tomorrow, I still have to wrap gifts and see where I'm at with all that - eeek!, and with this post I think I'm almost ready for snow! I always love a little snow at Christmas, especially on Christmas Eve. There's nothing that makes Christmas feel like Christmas the way fresh snow does.
